How to Press DTF Transfers
Follow these simple steps to get perfect results every time:
Set Your Heat Press
- Temperature: 300–325°F (150–160°C)
- Pressure: Medium to Firm
- Time: 10–15 seconds
Position Your Transfer
- Place the DTF transfer on the garment with the design facing up.
- Make sure it’s flat and aligned properly.
Press the Design
- Close the heat press and apply even pressure for 10–15 seconds.
Peel the Film
Allow it to cool down for 5–10 seconds, then peel the film cold for best results.
Final Press (Optional but Recommended)
- Cover the print with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper.
- Press again for 5 seconds to ensure a smooth, durable finish.
