Thank you for shopping with us at SID DTF Transfers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy for DTF transfers:
Refund Policy
We only offer refunds for DTF transfers that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds for any other reason.
If you receive a damaged or defective DTF transfer, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will request a photo of the damaged or defective item for our records.
If we determine that the item is indeed damaged or defective, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will include the full purchase price, including any shipping costs paid.
Please note:
We are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping. If your DTF transfer arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we confirm the issue and receive the required documentation.
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for damaged or defective DTF transfers. If you wish to receive a replacement, you will need to place a new order on our website.
